VCI ALUMINIUM FOIL

We provide Volatile Corrosion Inhibitor (VCI) Products and Aluminium Foil (vacuum packing) for protection from rusting and corrosion.

VCI Packaging, or Volatile Corrosion Inhibitor packaging film, is a poly packaging film manufactured with added VCI chemistry. VCI molecules protect metals from corrosion by forming a thin, invisible layer on the surface.

This layer inhibits the corrosion process caused by oxygen, water and contaminants. VCI packaging can be made in different sizes, weights, and inhibitor types. It can be ordered in rolls, covers, bags, and with custom printing.

We provide extra strong 4 layer aluminium foil for packing of large and complex equipment. We can supply aluminium foil as per military and defence standards MIL-PRF-131J CLASS 1 and DEF STANDARD 81 – 75 / 2 TYPE 1 GRADE A.
